Burhan Tech Headquarter — Acoustic Interior Design by IDC Interiors x Lubad

Arraya Tower is one of Kuwait’s most prestigious commercial addresses. When BurhanTec and Wibi moved in, they needed their new headquarters to match that standard — a premium, modern workspace with an open plan co-working office and an active call center. The challenge was immediate: the open layout amplified noise, and the call center environment made echo and sound bleed a direct threat to staff focus and productivity.

IDC Interiors partnered with Lubad to design an acoustic wall solution that was both high-performing and visually refined. Rather than treating acoustics as an afterthought, the panels were integrated as the primary wall finish — applied directly over gypsum boards, replacing the need for plastering, painting, or additional finishing layers entirely. This streamlined the build process, reduced costs, and delivered a cleaner result from day one.

The material palette was chosen to bring warmth and calm to a high-activity environment. Lubad’s Tan acoustic panels introduce soft, natural tones across the wall plane, while Oak wood veneer felt boards add organic texture and aid in distributing sound evenly throughout the space. The combination balances absorption and deflection — reducing echo and ambient noise while avoiding the flatness of a fully deadened room.

The outcome is a workspace that feels as considered as it performs. Quieter, more focused, and finished to a standard that reflects the ambition of both the client and the building it calls home
