Designed by Manmade Studio for UULA’s headquarter, this high-tech workplace interior blends cutting-edge aesthetics with human-centered design principles. Metallic finishes, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and crisp white walls reflect the digital-forward identity of the UULA learning platform — while a carefully considered acoustic ceiling baffle system by Lubad ensures the space performs as beautifully as it looks.

In open plan office environments, acoustic treatment is essential to employee wellbeing, sound privacy, and workplace productivity. Lubad’s acoustic ceiling baffles are suspended above the workstations and collaboration zones, absorbing reflected sound waves and significantly reducing ambient noise and echo. The result is a quieter, more focused workspace where concentration and communication can thrive side by side.

Beyond their acoustic performance, the baffles serve as a bold design statement — finished in UULA’s signature blue and white brand colors, they animate the ceiling plane and reinforce brand identity throughout the office. From private focus pods and glazed meeting rooms to open workstation clusters and breakout lounges, every zone benefits from the dual function of acoustic comfort and visual cohesion.

This project demonstrates how acoustic ceiling design, when integrated early into the interior architecture, elevates both the aesthetic and functional quality of a modern workplace — supporting employee comfort, reducing stress, and creating an environment built for deep work and creative collaboration.
